10MD is delighted to announce that a Decision to Grant has been received from the European Patent Agency regarding the patent EP 2.981.975 and that national publications shall be assigned shortly.

This patent describes ways for surgical staff to stay protected from X-ray radiation using a radiation protection textile that is permeable to the air while complying with the high demands for personal protection equipment.

The announcement from the European Patent Agency follows previous patent grants from the US, Swedish, Russian and Australian patent authorities.
